CrossFit Authentique

Our philosophy at CrossFit Authentique and behind our community is an all inclusive healthy lifestyle change. We are more than just a gym, we are a family who all have one thing in common, fitness!

Our workouts offer maximizing functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity. We believe that this method offers the most results. The first step is to sign up for your free trial, then it is essential to complete the fundamental course. This will ensure you start your journey with us on the right track. We will run through the basics movements of CrossFit and we will get to know each other throughout this process.

CrossFit Authentique

Our Classes

We are a coaching based facility and  function in group settings. We have expert coaches who offer a fun environment while making sure you get results. 

CrossFit Class

Classes are one hour and combine strength training with metabolic conditioning.

CrossFit Gymnastics

Work on your body awareness, spatial orientation and all body weight movements.

Engine

Build your engine, this class is focused on 45 minutes of cardio building on endurance with 15 minutes of core exercises.

Barbell / Olympic Lifting

Athletes of all skills are welcomed to join this class.

CrossFit Kids

Is your kid between the ages of 3-9? Sunday 8:15 we have 45 minutes of fitness for your young ones. The class will offer your young ones strength and healthy habits along with building confidence and leadership skills.

CrossFit Teens

Ages 10-17 a great way to get them moving and outside the house. Building on their confidence and teaching them healthy habits. 

Bootcamp

Lots of variation and circuits, come join us on Friday nights at 5:45pm.
