I joined this amazing community of CrossFit enthusiasts one year ago because I was looking for a new challenge. I attended my first class not quite knowing what to expect and with A LOT of trepidation. I can honestly say that after that first class, I was already looking forward to the next.
Sure it may seem intimidating at first, but you’ll quickly realize how supportive the CrossFit community is. You will never workout alone again and not only do you benefit from expert coaching but you’ll also develop relationships that truly make training fun. Without even realizing it, you’ll be consistent in your workouts because you will actually look forward to working out and you won’t want to miss a “date” with your friends. The results you see from Crossfit transfer over to so many other aspects of your life, it delivers confidence that will allow you to perform activities you never thought possible. Not only will you feel better physically, but you’ll truly change your life.
Personally, CrossFit has had such a positive impact on my life. Not only do I feel better physically, but it has made me a happier person, a better wife and mother. Most importantly, we are raising 3 young daughters who we want to grow up to be confident girls. Kids do what they see, so I want to make sure they see me doing something awesome!
