Samantha’s career began when she was just 3 years old when she found gymnastics. Recreational gymnastics quickly turned into competitive training 4 days a week for 4 hours at a time as young as 7 years old. That passion and drive for competition, strength and accomplishment carried out until 18 years old when she began transferring her talent, knowledge to the new generation. She has coached Provincial level gymnastics for 10 years and then recently joined a CrossFit gym after the birth of her first child. Since then, she has been hooked. There is no turning back now! She excelled in her gymnastics career and we are looking forward to watch her excel in the CrossFit community. She is here to help you learn, get better and stronger mentally and physically.
