Barbell club is a class we offer at CFA on Sundays and is exclusive to unlimited membership’s. Our goal; to allow members to expand your knowledge, your practice and your patience with these lifts while learning to improve technique, speed, balance, accuracy, coordination and learning how to overcome the fear of weightlifting.
It is designed to be an addition to your current CrossFit training. Each class will focus on weightlifting technique and or skills designed to help improve your performance and learn something new.
All skill levels of athletes are welcome to join this class.
With hard work, discipline and dedication weightlifting can be difficult and sometimes frustrating when performing lifts. This does not mean that one is not capable, we believe that everyone is capable of accomplishing these lifts with proper coaching, practice and patience.
