Our mobility class is designed to keep your body healthy by improving flexibility and mobility. Whether you’re training hard or just looking to move better, this class will help you reach your full potential and stay injury-free.
Our pump class is all about feeling good and looking great. We get it—sometimes you just want to focus on toning and sculpting. This class targets specific muscle groups with isolated movements, using light dumbbells or bodyweight exercises (no barbells). It’s all about that satisfying pump and building strength with a fun, focused workout.
Our weightlifting class is all about mastering techniques and lifting weights. Who doesn’t love the challenge of lifting weights? This hour-long class focuses purely on classic Olympic lifts—the snatch and the clean and jerk. Whether you’re a beginner learning the basics of lifting or an experienced athlete pushing for personal records, this class is designed for all levels to improve strength, form, and performance.
